Our accessibility goal
To be confirmed by the operator aims to make Cooter Cakes usable by people with a range of access needs. Our design and testing target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a working accessibility goal, not a claim of certification or that every page and third-party component has been independently certified.
Our work includes keyboard navigation, readable contrast and text, clear form labels and errors, understandable payment/status messages, reduced-motion support, and accessible alternatives for gift reveal and sharing. We review the complete ordering journey, bakery tools, and support paths as the service changes.
Current review and known limitations
To be confirmed by the operator
Payment, device-sharing, and other provider features may behave differently across browsers and assistive technology. We include those experiences in our review and work with providers on barriers; their involvement is not a reason to dismiss a request for help.
Tell us about a barrier
Contact To be confirmed by the operator if a page, form, gift, or order action is difficult to use. Describe the page or task, the difficulty, and the browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it. Do not include passwords, full payment details, private gift links, or medical information.
We will review the issue and discuss an available way to complete the task, such as clarifying order information or coordinating a supported assistance path. Payment still uses an authorized secure method; support will not ask you to email card credentials. Suggestions and accessibility reports help prioritize improvements.
